With being members of the Resene EcoDecorator programme we have been given a wonderful opportunity to support the Trees That Count movement. So far we have planted 50 native trees which Resene has promised to match. Planting natives helps to mitigate (parts of) our carbon footprint over the next 50 years, and help protect New Zealand’s threatened biodiversity. That’s good for our carbon footprint, and good for Aotearoa. Supporting native tree planting today will leave a legacy for future generations that we all can be proud of. As well as helping create a healthier environment, we'll be helping to grow natural playgrounds for the tamariki of tomorrow and sustenance to help our wildlife survive. So, together with Resene we've already planted 100 trees, that's a great start but let's not stop there...Keep checking this post to see our progress. 🌲🌲🌲
