The deck had seen better days and a few of the boards needed to be replaced. Once This was done, we applied moss and mould kill, then washed it down with Resene's Timber and Deck Wash. This open ups the fibres allowing better penetration of the stain.

A few of the boards had rotted and needed to be replaced

After the deck was properly prepared we could apply the stain. It took multiple coats to make the new boards match the existing ones.
