How often do you hop on a ladder and check out the condition of your roof and gutters...not too often is the most common answer. Moss and lichen love to grow as does the accumulation of leaves and weeds in you gutters. Before we started on this roof revamp we water blasted all the dirt and debris.
Next it's time to do the prepand the final step, which will add years and years to its life.
