There will be issues finding skilled trades people unless there's a stronger push at the high school level to introduce the option of moving into apprenticeships for all trades. Houses will always need to be built and painted... how many tradespeople is it going to take considering the housing shortage we currently face, what will it look like in 5-10 years?
